Refunds

Email support@xmon.me and include the report link or Creem receipt. Dai Junyang decides the refund. Creem, the merchant of record, returns the money to the card you used.

There is nothing to refund. The free check is $0.

Full report — $49

Full refund within 7 days of delivery if nothing in it is actionable for you. The 7 days start when the full report finishes on your report page. "Actionable" means the action list names a concrete page, change, or third-party site tied to an answer in the report. If it doesn't, email support@xmon.me within those 7 days.

There is no monthly plan. If you were charged for an older $19/month pre-order, email support@xmon.me with the receipt and it will be refunded.
