When a buyer asks an AI engine for “the best [your category]”, it names someone. Receipts asks ChatGPT (via the official API) the questions your buyers ask, shows you who got named instead of you, which pages the AI read to decide, and gives you a short, specific list of what to fix: the roundups you're missing from, the comparison pages you don't have, the questions your site never answers.
The free check runs on ChatGPT (via the official API) and opens on screen. Perplexity and Google AI Overviews are coming. The $49 report is the same check with 20 questions and a specific action list, also on screen, within a few minutes of payment.
You get a number, not a next step.
Most AI visibility dashboards stop at “you're mentioned 23% of the time”. Then what? The useful question is which pages made the AI pick someone else, and whether you can get on them.
The answer is usually somewhere you don't own.
AI engines often build their answer from third-party pages: "best X" roundups, comparison pages, Reddit threads, review sites. If you're not on those pages, more homepage copy won't help.
Scores are hard to trust.
Different tools give the same brand very different scores, and few show how they got there. Answers also change from run to run, so a single check is a coin flip.
Each engine reads different sources.
ChatGPT answers change from run to run, so one reply is a weak sample. Perplexity and Google AI Overviews are not checked yet, and they will not necessarily cite the same pages.
We fetch the homepage and draft buyer questions from it. The free check uses 3. The $49 report uses 20.
Each question goes to ChatGPT through OpenAI's official API with web search, three times, because answers vary. Perplexity and Google AI Overviews are not checked yet.
For each run we store the raw text, whether your site was mentioned, and which other names or sites were named. The page shows a mention rate, not a rank.
After payment, the same page fills in the rest of the questions and a short list of specific changes tied to those answers.

Get onto the roundup that drives 9 of 30 answers. "11 best invoicing apps for freelancers" is cited more than any other page and doesn't list you. It was updated in March 2026 and lists 3 tools that have shut down. Email the author with a correction plus a short, factual entry for AcmeInvoice (price, who it's for, one screenshot).
Publish an "ExampleBooks alternatives for freelancers" page. For "ExampleBooks alternatives" questions, the engines cited comparison pages, including a competitor's own. You have none. Write it with real prices and honest trade-offs, including where ExampleBooks is the better pick.
Answer the question your pricing page dodges. In 7 answers the AI said AcmeInvoice "may charge per invoice". Your pricing page never says it doesn't. Add one plain sentence and a short FAQ entry: "Unlimited invoices on every plan."
Show up where freelancers already ask. The r/freelance thread cited in 4 answers is still active. Answer it as yourself, with your affiliation disclosed and no link unless someone asks.
